  • Provided departmental computer administration for HP CAD workstation (6) seat environment. Created file management, backup standards and procedures. Acted as main liaison for data transfers of design data to and from internal departments. Mentored users in overall issues relating to Prime Medusa and HP-UX usage
  • Acted as lead designer and project coordinator of tooling design fixtures under guidance and direction of MTS engineering staff. Fixtures were specialized in design fitted to each particular spacecraft and used for welding propulsion system technology onto $100 million dollar ChinaStar-1, Tiros-1, and EchoStar A2100 satellites.

  • Worked with (MTS) Members of Technical Staff in Research and development of proprietary manufacturing systems and technologies used withing factory environments adhering to OSHA safety standards.
  • Created Created and implemented automated CAD programming guidelines and standards for AT&T (MCAD) Mechanical CAD, McDonnell Douglas Unigraphics AT&T user community.
  • Beta-tested, debugged; implemented and trained up to 30 users on JIT inventory control ERP/MES software system "ProfitKey International" successfully within the managed constraint of project timeline.
